Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders ship from Tennessee. We pack and hand off orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping options

Orders of $75.00 and over ship free on Economy, 5 to 8 business days after the ship date.

Below $75.00, you choose from these at checkout:

• Economy, $4.90, 5 to 8 business days after the ship date.

USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail are offered as well. USPS prices those from your delivery address while you are at checkout, so you pay the carrier's rate with nothing added.

Delivery estimates start from the ship date, not the order date. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, and address errors can push delivery past the estimate. If your tracking has not moved in five business days, email support@ladyly.net with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Damaged or missing orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, or the package is missing, contact support@ladyly.net within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it.
